Cash out

Why when i prepare my bet it show down option Cash out and after i bet it’ s dissapear and i can’t make anymore Cash out fi i have in a Combo 1 Game win Like in this photo

Could you please try sharing your photo again? It seems to be that it didn’t get uploaded.

The cash-out option can sometimes disappear when odds get recalculated, or when a certain situation is occuring in a game. (Depending on what kind of sport ofcourse)

Would be nice if you could really add a screenshot. You can doing so at the „photos” option above the message box.

Cash out option can disappear for many reasons. Likely its not live anymore on the betting panel, or the lines changed (like handicap at basketball game). And if i get it correct, you are talking about combination bet. Sadly you have no cash out option for combos as far as i know.

Hi @MuresanRau, and welcome to the Community. As mentioned above by @VikingsAF, I can confirm that the Cash out option is not guaranteed to always be active on your betslip exactly for the reasons mentioned above. Odds changes, number of games on the betslip (not necesarely the number, but the more games the more factors that can influence the option. Satatisticaly speaking there is a much bigger chance for the Cashout option to appear with less games on a betslip).
@cris1285 mentioned that you don’t have a Cashout option when making a combination bet and that was correct untill some time ago.
However changes were made to the Cashout system and the option can now appear on combination bets. The only time when it doesn’t appear is when you combine Pre match Tennis with pre match Football on the slip, in that case it won’t be available.
